How to Install Peel and Stick Wallpaper from Amazon
Peel and stick wallpaper was kind of a no-brainer for our bathroom after I realized that we didn’t have enough room to do vertical shiplap. This pattern ended up working out better than I could have imagined. I was looking for a way to add kid-friendly vibes and this pattern really knocked it out of the park for me.

I fell in love with this pattern that I found on Amazon! It’s busy, which makes it interesting to look at, but it’s completely void of color. So it’s not overwhelming to take in!

There were two patterns I was between choosing. If you’re interested in either of them, you can click on them below to purchase from Amazon.
.Application was really easy once I got the hang of what I was doing. The adhesive was very forgiving, so it’s not like it’s permanently stuck once you put it on the wall. You can re-peel and try again until you get it how you like it. At first I tried using a gift card to smooth out the wallpaper. But I realized that this technique wasn’t working out for me.

This is not the most expensive peel and stick wallpaper on Amazon. It’s actually very thin and feels slightly plasticky, which I kind of expected because of the price.
It started to look like it was going to rip in places that I got too aggressive with the gift card. So I pulled off the entire strip and started over, this time using my hand. That did the trick for me! A light swipe with the side of my hand and part of my wrist gave me a smooth finish on the wall.

I had lots of help from dogs on this particular DIY! That’s me and my Lady girl. We did this DIY a couple of weeks after she recovered from a stroke. I’m so thankful she’s had a full recovery since then and has continued to be a part of projects at The DIY Doghouse.
Here’s a look at the completely finished bathroom!
